Saul Zabel is an employment and labor relations specialist, and regularly practices before federal and state administrative agencies, the National Labor Relations Board, federal and state courts, and state and federal human rights agencies. He advises and litigates on a variety of employee related laws including the National Labor Relations Act, Wage/Hour Laws, OSHA, COBRA, IRCA, Laws against Discrimination, ERISA, FMLA and ADA. He has negotiated collective bargaining and individual employment agreements throughout his career, advised employers in hundreds of grievance meetings and tried numerous arbitrations.
He is admitted to practice before the New York State Courts, United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal. He is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.
